OverviewYour business, correctly incorporated.

Incorporating in Thailand is straightforward only when it is done in the right order. We handle the full formation of your company, from choosing the right structure to drafting the documents and registering with the Department of Business Development (DBD).

Most of our clients are foreign entrepreneurs and investors, so we make sure ownership rules, capital requirements and licensing are clear before anything is filed, not discovered afterwards.

You deal with one team, in your language, from the first conversation to the company affidavit and tax IDs in hand.

FAQCommon questions.

In most sectors Thai law requires majority Thai ownership, but several routes, such as BOI promotion, the US Treaty of Amity or specific licenses, allow majority or full foreign ownership. We assess which applies to your case before incorporating.

A standard Thai Limited Company is usually registered within one to three working days once all documents are signed. Preparing and signing those documents typically takes a few days more.

There is no high fixed minimum for a standard company, but capital requirements rise where work permits or foreign licensing are involved (commonly THB 2 million per work permit). We calculate the right figure for your plan.

Much of the process can be prepared remotely, but certain signatures and bank steps are easier in person. We arrange the process around your travel where possible.
